Our Finder tool provides generic category-fit matches based on industry, volume, and risk factors you input. These are NOT personalized recommendations. The tool:

• Uses rule-based logic (may include AI fallback for new scenarios)
• Does NOT analyze your specific business or compliance status
• Does NOT guarantee processor acceptance or safety from fund holds
• Should be used as a starting point only—not a definitive solution

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MerchantGreat lawfully and NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading information to the Finder
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our tools or systems
• Use the Service to engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and tools on MerchantGreat are owned by MerchantGreat LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Relationships

MerchantGreat does NOT process payments or earn affiliate commissions. We may receive compensation from third-party services (like MerchantGuard) for qualified lead referrals, but this does NOT affect the content or recommendations we provide.

When you click links to external services:

• You leave our site and enter their terms
• We are NOT responsible for their actions, privacy practices, or results
• Any contracts or relationships are directly between you and them

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• MerchantGreat LLC is NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes (but is not limited to): fund freezes, rolling reserves, account terminations, lost revenue, compliance violations, or regulatory penalties resulting from your use of our Service
• Our maximum liability to you is $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (whichever is greater)

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MerchantGreat LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of MerchantGreat must be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

• Location: Arbitration will be conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming (or remotely by agreement)
• Class Action Waiver: YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR COLLECTIVE CLAIMS
• Time Limit: Claims must be brought within one (1) year from when the claim arose

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MerchantGreat at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
